Firstly, we would like to thank our patients for bearing with us during this time. We know a number of our patients have had questions about what service we are able to offer at this time.
We have been able to catch up on the outstanding emergency cases built up during our closure and are now ready to move on to the next phase.
Personal Protective Equipment
We have had great difficulty in sourcing the correct PPE, but have found an alternative which means we can start drilling again!
The dentists have started contacting patients who have an outstanding course of treatment left open from before lockdown and those who have been seen face to face since our reopening and need treatment. They will be contacting patients in clinical priority order to ensure that those with needs more urgent are seen first.
We have lots of extra infection control measures to implement which will put a delay on how quickly the dentist’s can work through their list but we assure you we are doing everything we can to treat as many patients as possible in a safe manner.
Friendly Faces Underneath
We know how daunting coming to the dentist can be at the best of times so we don’t want you to be alarmed by all our extra PPE! We can assure you, it’s the same friendly faces underneath!
