PMA dental Care takes the wellbeing of all its patients and staff very seriously.
Despite the current situation with Coronavirus PMA Dental Care is open to patients as usual. Rest assured we follow all the current guidance from Public Health England, NHS England and NHS Improvement.
We Are Open
The NHS is well prepared for outbreaks of new infectious diseases and has put in place measures to ensure the safety of all patients and NHS staff while also ensuring services are available to the public as normal.
We request that all patients inform us if they have a persistent cough and/or fever and do not visit the practice. Doing so can put other patients and the staff at risk. Please telephone us to cancel your appointment.
Please check online at gov.uk and at nhs.uk for advice on your travel and contact history and the latest COVID-19 information before attending the dental practice.
Although it is business as usual at the moment we will be looking to reduce the number of patient appointments throughout the week to minimise the time spent with others in the waiting room areas.
If you are attending the practice, we ask that you use the hand gel we have provided at reception and the waiting areas to help minimise risk of any transmission. We will be removing all magazines, papers and other literature from the waiting areas
What May Happen
We will continue to follow best practice guidance from Public Health England and will inform our patients if and when the situation changes.
If any of the team at PMA Dental Care have to self-isolate or develop the disease this could have an impact on our ability to see patients as usual.
Follow us on Twitter and Facebook where we will post any updates to changes in circumstances.
